Our History

Founded in response to the neglect of small-scale farmers, NUSFAZ has been advocating for better representation and support since 2014. Despite initial challenges, including opposition from existing organizations, we have grown into a formidable force advocating for the interests of small-scale farmers across Zambia.

Small-scale farmers felt neglected after the collapse of key institutions like Lima Bank and ZCF

2004

Protests over poor representation led to farmers leaving existing organizations

NUSFAZ members began formalizing their efforts
